What is a Health Coach?

You may have heard the term “health coach” popping up in nutritional circles and appearing randomly in magazine articles and on TV. However, I often find when I tell someone that I’m a health coach, they have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about. Health and wellness coaches are popping up in doctor’s offices, spas, gyms and private practices all over the country. They often offer services and fill gaps that doctors, nutritionists and dietitians don’t have the time or resources to fill.

Health coaches have the expertise to help you with:

Nutrition
Physical activity
Tobacco cessation
Stress management
Work place wellness

What can I expect at an appointment?

Health coaching will help you create goals for improved wellness while providing accountability and support for achieving those goals. Individual appointments are 30 minutes and group coaching sessions are 50 minutes.

What Should I Bring?

You don’t need to bring too much of stuff with you. We would suggest bringing a notepad and pen to take notes.

What Should I Wear?

Please bring a warm sweater, as hotel conference rooms tend to be chilly. We recommend comfortable clothing because you will be doing lots of sitting, standing and hopefully participating in the workouts.

Many attendees are sensible and fragrances can bring on serious migraines and ruin their day!

What Kind Of Foods Will Be Available?

All of our food are halal! Lunch and drinks are included in the fee.

What Is The Refund Policy?

Conference tickets are refundable up to 75 days before the event date. Conference tickets are 100% non-refundable within 75 days of the event date, but THEY ARE TRANSFERABLE.

Transferable means that you may:

1. Transfer your ticket to someone else in the event that you can no longer attend.

2. You may transfer your ticket for your own use at a future Conference.

How Do I Book My Hotel Room? Is There a Discount?

Conference attendees receive 15% off the nightly rate when you book through our group.
You can call the hotel or visit their website to book your room.
